Open Enrollment Application Information
The online open enrollment application ( http://dpi.wi.gov/sms/psctoc.html )
will be available from midnight February 24, 2012, until 4:00 p.m. April 30, 2012. Online application is recommended, if possible. Paper applications can be obtained from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction or any public school district office.
