Our Administration Team has spent the last three days at the AWSA SAIL Academy in the Wisconsin Dells, diving into district data, reflecting on our successes, and developing plans for the 2026-2027 school year.
Their focus? Ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed and that every staff member feels supported as we continue to grow together.

One of the many things that makes our school district special is the connection between students of all ages. Through our Teacher Assistant (T.A.) Program, high school students are able to work in an elementary classroom, building relationships, supporting teachers, and gaining valuable experience working with younger learners.
The impact goes far beyond helping in the classroom. Strong bonds are formed, positive role models emerge, and our younger students gain mentors they look up to.
This photo captures that connection! First grader Piper was excited to attend our high school musical and support Mailah, who served as a T.A. in her classroom and was a lead in the production.
Thank you to all of our Teacher Assistants for the incredible difference you made in our elementary classrooms. We are proud of the leadership, kindness, and positive example you provide for our youngest Thunder students.

🚨 Community Notice 🚨
The Osseo-Fairchild Middle/High School building, including the District Office, will be closed tomorrow, June 17th, as local law enforcement agencies conduct training exercises in the building.
Residents may notice an increased police presence around the school throughout the day. This activity is part of a planned training event, and there is no cause for concern.
Thank you for your understanding as we support our local law enforcement partners in providing valuable training opportunities.

Mr. Holland is a graduate of New London-Spicer High School and Southwest Minnesota State University. Outside of the classroom, he enjoys staying active on the pickleball court—it's his favorite hobby!
Mr. Holland is looking forward to meeting new students, staff members, and community members as he begins his journey at Osseo-Fairchild.
